Psychobilly-Band aus Potsdam, gegründet 1997.
Bis 2001 entstanden mehrere Demos als Trio Norman/Dennis/Micha unter dem ursprünglichen Bandname Ted Flanders & The Hot Wings, nach Umbenennung in Thee Flanders erschienen ab 2003 zahlreiche Tonträger beim Dessauer Label Halb 7 Records.
Norman Winter ist nicht nur Herausgeber des "Psychomania" Fanzines, sowie Betreiber des Psychomania Rumble Festivals und von Pervy Pig Records, sondern auch ein vielbeschäftigter und musikalisch vielseitiger Cover-Illustrator. Nebenbei verwirklicht er in Formationen wie Morbid Talking, Die AbNORMAN TOMaten (Norman & Tom Toxic) und Zentrum Ost 71 weitere musikalische Ideen.
Kevin trommelt seit 2011 bei German Ex. Von Solid Venture, der Zweitband von Felix, kamen später Marcel & Mikki zu den Flanders.
