Deathgrinder a.k.a. "Varguus" spielte mit Kanne zuvor seit 2006 in der Black Metal Band Black Tormentor, sowie Kanne und Brummer in der Viking Metal Band Thrudvangar. Auch alle anderen Musiker hatten bereits einschlägige Banderfahrungen.
